End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of Bible Wonders, including the Bible Wonders mobile app, website, audio stories, artwork, music, and related services.

If you access Bible Wonders through the Apple App Store, this agreement applies together with Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the App Store terms that apply to your Apple account.

Bible Wonders is designed for families and children under parent or guardian supervision. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for their family.

Children should not submit support messages, feedback, or other personal information without help from a parent or guardian.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bible Wonders for personal, non-commercial family listening and learning.

You do not own the app, website, stories, audio, artwork, music, designs, trademarks, or software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Bible Wonders and its licensors.

Some stories or features may require Bible Wonders Pro or another paid entitlement. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing support are handled by the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made.

For App Store purchases, you can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publicly perform, scrape, or commercially exploit Bible Wonders content or software unless we give written permission.

You may not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted, upload harmful code, or use Bible Wonders in a way that violates applicable law.

We may update, change, add, or remove stories, features, pricing, artwork, audio, or service availability over time.

We aim to keep Bible Wonders reliable, but the service may be interrupted, unavailable, delayed, or changed for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Bible Wonders is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Stories are adapted for young listeners and may simplify or paraphrase biblical passages. Bible Wonders is not a substitute for your family, church, school, or religious instruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Wonders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Bible Wonders during the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if the agreement is violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create risk for Bible Wonders, users, families, or service providers.

You may stop using Bible Wonders at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled through the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made.
